The easiest and quickest route from Athens to Itilo  is the one that follows the A7 motorway passing through Corinth and Tripoli. At Tripoli continue towards Kalamata & after passing the exit for Megalopolis in 1km follow the exit for Sparta - Lefktro. Arriving in Sparta ignore the first exit unless you wish to drive into the city and head for the second exit and follow the signs for Gythio - Areopolis.

When you reach Gythio, continue towards Areopolis. Before reaching Areopolis turn right. After going down the slope, 7 km from Areopolis, you will see the sign of Porto Vitilo Boutique Hotel on your left hand side. The distance from Athens is approximately 270 km and the total journey takes 3-3.5 hours.
